A registered dietitian with a focus on improving people’s relationship with food, movement, and really health overall. While nutrition information online can often look prescriptive [do this, don’t do that]; I emphasize a more collaborative approach:

  • “the why” through education so goals feel purposeful

  • “the how” through troubleshooting individual barriers so goals feel attainable

I specialize in working with those struggling with disordered eating or eating disorders, later in life neurodivergence diagnoses, high-activity adults, and more!
